How do I open and use my Besh bottle?

Simply twist the top and pump twice onto your favorite toothbrush. Place the bottle back, standing proudly, in your cabinet, or display on your vanity for easy access.

How many pumps should I be using?

We recommend two pumps per brushing, but you are welcome to pump more or less. Please brush your teeth at least twice a day.

What do I do if my bottle doesn't dispense the product?

It is uncommon, but sometimes small bubbles of air can get trapped in the product. If that happens, please try pumping two-three times until the air gets out. If the problem persists, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service. We want you to love your Besh.

How long does one Besh toothpaste bottle last?

Per person, one Besh toothpaste bottle lasts two months if used morning and night, with two brush pumps each. We recommend subscribing to our delivery program to never run out of toothpaste again.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to make a return? No problem.

If you ever find yourself not completely happy with Besh products, we are here to help troubleshoot or initiate the return process. We accept the returns of the products within 30 days of the original purchase. If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 30 days of the date you received your item. Please email us to request a return label. We will be happy to take care of it for you. Our goal is to provide the best experience starting from purchasing Besh to using it every day. We will also accept return requests for items that are unopened and unused. The products must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email info@beshlabs.com within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
